College Football Defense vs Position 2026

Fantasy points allowed to wide receivers by every FBS defense • Blended rating

Opponent-adjusted: every game is re-expressed as what an average FBS offense would have scored against the defense, so a unit that faced three top offenses is not marked softer than one that faced two FCS visitors (FCS offenses are measured against each other, never as average FBS attacks). Early-season rating: the completed 2025 season (75% full season, 25% last-8-games form) blended with 2026 games as they are played. Current-season weight = games / (games + 4), so ratings are 50/50 after 4 games and the new season takes over quickly. Every input is a real windowed per-game mean, nothing is projected. SoS is the strength of offenses faced, in points above an average FBS offense. Defenses with fewer than 4 games across the two seasons are listed without a rank.
